Kathmandu, March 21: Binod Chaudhary, MP and also a noted businessman in the country, has given his statement to the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) under the Nepal Police at the Government Attorney Office this morning.  Speaking to the media after giving a statement today, MP Chaudhary said that the CIB investigation is no more than a stunt planned against him.  The CIB took Chaudhary’s statement on the allegation of capturing government land belonging to the Bansbari Leather and Shoes Factory.  Chaudhary stated that 42 years ago, the price of land in Bansbari like isolated place was almost zero, and the issue has been raised after 42 years just to defame him and his business reputation.  The CIB grilled Chaudhary for two hours this morning.  People’s News Monitoring Service.
