BABBLES

The Maoist leaders fought the war to empower those deprived communities in society. Today, they have forgotten this goal. However, they are walking towards an offensive move in the process of uplifting themselves, if not society as a whole. The Maoist leaders conducted a study and chose the path of smuggling.
Maybe, their patriotism led them to hit the Indian economy by manipulating revenue and decided to import gold and supply it to India, utilizing the open border.
The Maoist leaders have analyzed that smuggling is the only path to making their family prosperous, if not the society from a fast track. Therefore, they misused their authority to smuggle gold. Earlier, they were involved in sandalwood smuggling, and when they came to power, started gold smuggling.
“I am not a big fish”
The Maoist Center’s vice chairman, Krishna Bahadur Mahara is under police custody for his alleged involvement in the gold smuggling scam. Earlier, after he was alleged to have been involved in the gold smuggling scam, he said, “My name is also included in the list of gold smugglers. I am not a big fish. There are many big fish in this scam.”
He further said, “Their appearances will surface in the days to come”.
If he is victimized, let’s hope, he will disclose the faces of big fish.
If Child marriage is prohibited
Reports state that even after the issuance of strict laws and punishments, child marriage in Nepal has not ended. Some ward committees under the local bodies have made the ward certificate with marriage age mandatory for marriage. If all the local bodies follow this practice, child marriage can be immediately stopped. Why the federal government doesn’t implement such a provision, is surprising.
By the way, one will get citizenship when he turns 16 years old. Why should one wait for 20 years to get married, it seems odd.
Meanwhile, many rape and murder cases have been taking place in our society. It could be curbed if legalized prostitution, from which, the government could collect an attractive amount of revenue! Be that as it may, sexual crimes could be controlled while doing so!
QUOTES OF THE WEEK
All major parties, ruling or opposition, have a daily meeting on the same topic--how to protect the leaders accused of corruption, smuggling, or other crimes of their own and coalition parties! In the parliament of a socialist-oriented country, there is never a debate on the development agenda!
And, how can the government stop the young generation from going abroad?

Today, Nepal is in a very critical stage. Our main goal should be to forget all mutual differences and restore the monarchy as the last weapon to save the nation.

If the Nepali Congress is a party that works for the people and is anti-corruption, then Mohan Basnet, Balkrishna Khan, Gyanendra Bahadur Karki should be immediately suspended from the party.

The frenzy of power is temporary. In the days to come, those in power today can be caught and arrested at any time. Let's do politics of faith. Let's stop dreaming of sleeping in golden palaces and beds of money.

Either prisons in Nepal are not suitable places for imprisonment or hospitals are suitable for leaders to be imprisoned.
Hospitals should discourage all leaders who come to be admitted as prisoners.

Looking at the overall debt situation, the obvious (with 80%) biggest debt trap is from West-controlled Bretton Woods! And it is their controlled media's propaganda barrage that is behind this narrative. Our debate should be about loans and how effective they are!
Dipak Gyawali
Former Indian diplomats keep writing about the political developments in Nepal, showing preferences for Nepal’s leaders or parties for being closer to or against them.
None writes how India can help strengthen bilateral relations by resolving outstanding issues without such biases!
