Kathmandu, March 13: Prime Minister Pushpakamal Dahal has been able to exhibit a vote of confidence in him from the House of Representatives.  For the third time in 14 months, PM Dahal has faced a vote of confidence motion.  PM Dahal needed 138 votes, however, he bagged 157 votes out of the total presence of the 275 MPs. PM Dahal bagged 58.58 per cent of votes today.  The Maoist Center, the UML, Rastriya Swatantra Party, Unified Socialist Party, Janata Samajwadi Party, Nagarik Unmukti Party, and two independent MPs voted for PM Dahal today.  The Nepali Congress, Rastriya Prajatantra Party, Loktantrik Samajwadi Party, Janamat Party, and Nepal Majdoor Kishan Party voted against PM Dahal, whereas, Rastriya Jana Morcha didn’t cast a vote.  People’s News Monitoring Service.
