Kathmandu, March 2: The National Assembly membership of two state ministers, Nanda Chhapagain and Pramila Kumari, state ministers for physical infrastructure and education, respectively, is going to be completed.  Chapagain represents the Unified Socialist Party, whereas, Pramila represents the Janata Samajwadi Party, according to the Ratopati online portal.  There is a constitutional provision for being a member of the House of Representatives, nevertheless, a non-member of Parliament can also be the minister for a maximum of six months. 20 members, including the chairman of the National Assembly, are retiring after completing their tenure by Sunday night, and 19 newly elected members are going to take the oath of office.  People’s News Monitoring Service
