The manner the majority faction in the Central Committee of the main opposition, CPN (UML) has taken disciplinary action against ten of its senior activists who are now placed in the minority function has now surfaced conspicuously the on-going power-tussle within this party. The situation is now such that those against whom disciplinary action has been taken are not in a mood to submit themselves to this decision. However, it is also very much like a cob-web to try any move which created a direct confrontation. Despite this what is very clear is the determination on the part of the minority function to wait and see if the threat of suspending the ten aggrieved leaders party membership is materialized or not.
