Kathmandu, 27 December: The hearing on the eligibility of Home Minister Ravi Lamichhane as a Member of the Parliament will be held on January 6 in the constitutional bench of the Supreme Court. The writ filed by advocate Raviraj Basoula was heard in the constitutional bench of the Supreme Court on December 21 but the certified copy of the order was received only today. The constitutional bench formed under the leadership of the Acting Chief Justice consists of justices Ishwar Prasad Khatiwada, Anand Mohan Bhattarai, Anil Kumar Sinha and Prakashman Singh Raut.
