Kathmandu, 15 December: The Election Commission has submitted the report to President Bidya Devi Bhandari with the results of the House of Representatives Election, 2022. On Thursday, Chief Commissioner Dinesh Kumar Thapalia submitted a report with the election results to the President. Spokesperson of the President's Office, Sagar Acharya, informed that Chief Election Commissioner of the Election Commission Thapalia has submitted a report with the results of the "House of Representatives Election, 2022" as per Section 62 of the House of Representatives Election Act, 2074. Officials of the Election Commission were also present at the ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan Shital Niwas. After the Election Commission submits the final result of the election to the President, the way to form a new government will be opened. Likewise, there is a program to submit a report to the head of the provinces with the results of the provincial assembly member election 2022 on 17 December. According to the Commission, the list of elected members will be published in the Nepal Gazette after sending the report of the House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly member elections 2022.
