Kathmandu, 19 November: An officer of a polling station located in Solukhumbu's Nechasalyan Rural Municipality-4 was found dead in his bed. The 56-year-old officer Biltu Raya, a polling officer assigned to Furke Community Forest Polling Station, was found dead in his sleep on Saturday morning, District Police Office Solukhumbu said. According to the Deputy Superintendent of Police  Suniljung Shah, Raya, who was sleeping in the polling station, was found dead in bed at around 4 am when other staff tried to wake him up. The deceased officer hailed from  Haripurwa Municipality- 5 of Sarlahi district. Meanwhile, another staff assigned working at Siddheshwari Basic School Polling Station of Sangurigarhi Rural Municipality-3 of Dhankuta  district has died on Friday afternoon.  Pavitra Yakha Limbu,  35-year-old teacher suddenly fainted on her way to home and died after participating in the all-party meeting held at the polling station, according to Polling officer Prajwal Pokharel.
