Kathmandu, 15 November: Chief Election Commissioner Dinesh Kumar Thapaliya has said that foreign commissioners will come to Nepal to supervise the elections to the House of Representatives and Province Assemblies scheduled to be held on 20 November. Chief Election Commissioners of some Asian countries and heads of diplomatic missions in Nepal will supervise the one-day election, he said. According to Thapaliya, chief election commissioners of South Asian countries India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Asian countries, including South Korea will visit Nepal. There is an institution of election commissions. The organization is also from international and South Asia. There is a practice of giving invitations to supervise the elections in each other's country and to share knowledge, Thapaliya said.  He said that the heads of diplomatic missions in Nepal will also supervise the election.  He said that it is customary to call international observers for the election following the law.
