Kathmandu, 3 October: The five-party ruling alliance meeting held today at PM’s official residence in Baluatar ended without a conclusion.  The five-party ruling alliance is holding the meeting for a long time but they are unable to settle down the seat-sharing issue for the upcoming 20 November election.  Janata Samajbadi Party and United Socialist Party are unhappy with the seat allotment procedure.  Dissatisfied JSP has decided to keep open doors for an election alliance with other political parties also.
