On the Saturday meeting of the dissatisfied group in the Nepali Congress, the leaders asked for providing a 40 per cent share in the federal parliament and provincial council elections to be held on 20 November.  They blamed Prime Minister and party president Sher Bahadur Deuba for submitting the list of candidates for the proportional election by neglecting the dissatisfied camp.  They said that the Deuba camp performed injustice while preparing the list of candidates for the proportional election.  If the same attitude will be taken in the distribution of tickets for the federal parliament and provincial council elections, the camp has warned to revolt against the establishment camp and give candidature from their camp against the candidates of the five-party alliance.  If the Deuba camp will perform partiality against the anti-Deuba camp, they have warned to boycott voting against the alliance candidates.  The Sekhar Koirala camp has asked Deuba to correct the list of the candidates for the proportional election.  Guru Ghimire from the Koirala camp has said that if the Deuba camp will deny giving 40 per cent shares to his camp, different non-cooperation activities will be launched by his camp. He said that this message is not only for Deuba but also for the other political parties in the alliance.  Ghimire said, if his camp will perform non-cooperation, the alliance candidates cannot ensure their victory.  People’s News Monitoring Service
