Kathmandu, 29 August: Although the Nepali Congress has said that the party will go for the 20 November election by developing an electoral alliance, the party is likely to face a serious problem in the allocation of seats for the NC candidates. In the home constituency of the Unified Socialist Party’s influential leader Prem Aale also, NC is going to face a serious problem. NC leaders and cadres in Doti have suggested the party leadership not to develop an electoral alliance. At a programme organized in Silugadi, Doti, local leaders warned the party leadership for not imposing an alliance on the party. They have claimed that 90 percent of the voters are supporters of the NC, therefore, an alliance would be counterproductive for the party.  They also warned that if asked to vote for another party’s candidates, they would boycott their voting.
