Kathmandu, 28 August: UML has constituted a 451-member central election mobilization committee for the 20 November election.  UML chair K.P. Sharma Oli is the coordinator, whereas, Bishnu Rimal is the secretary of the committee.  The UML has also constituted a 34-member central secretariat for election mobilization, said Bishnu Rijal, deputy chief of the publicity department of the party.  UML has decided to contest the election alone as the party has seen no possibility of a left alliance in the upcoming election. However, the party has kept doors open for an election alliance with other parties.  The party has asked its concerned committees to recommend the names of the candidates by 9 September.  People’s News Monitoring Service
