Kathmandu, 16 August: Chairman of the main opposition party CPN (UML) KP Sharma Oli has accused Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba of corrupting the country by promoting his wife and brother-in-laws. President Oli, who is also a former Prime Minister, also claimed that some people hated politics because Prime Minister Deuba had caused pain to the country through his relatives and Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Chairman of the Maoist Center, had applied every means both legal and illegal to make his daughter a Mayor. Speaking at a seminar on 'Young Women and Politics' organized in Kathmandu today, he said that politics should be for the country, for the people, for world peace and the welfare of mankind, and he also claimed that he stands firmly in favor of it.
