Kathmandu, 6 August: Finally, after keeping pending the impeachment motion against Supreme Court chief justice Cholendra S Rana, Parliament has decided to discuss the impeachment motion registered against him beginning on 6 August.
The impeachment motion against Rana is to be discussed in Parliament after six months of it being tabled in Parliament.
The Federal Parliament Secretariat has included the discussion on the impeachment motion in the agenda of the House of Representatives meeting on Sunday.

As the impeachment motion was likely to be failed, the five-party alliance government intentionally delayed the motion into the discussion to stop Rana from returning to the job.
