Kathmandu, 31 July: The victims of the Armed Maosit conflict staged a sit-in against the Transitional Justice Bill registered by the government in the federal parliament, saying that it has flawed provisions.
Nepal Maoist Victims' Association, Conflict Victim Community and Civil Society staged a sit-in at Maitighar Mandal here today. They have demanded the immediate amendment of the bill made to amend the Investigation, Truth and Reconciliation Commission Act.They have also demanded the annulment of the flawed provisions that support impunity.
