Kathmandu, 31 July: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed today Nirmalraj Kafle as ambassador to Brazil. In accordance to the recommendation of the cabinet meeting, President has appointed Kafle as the residential ambassador to Brazil. People’s News Monitoring Service
