
Kathmandu, 29 July: It has been revealed that at the connivance of six persons including two girls have murdered a young guy just to grab Rs 25 million insurance amount. The murder took place in a coordinated way as it is shown in Bollywood movies.
Surjan BK, a labour who woked as a loader in trucks ferrying sand and peeble was insured by the group, it planned fake marriage by setting up a girl, paid insurance premium and later killed him by hitting with a speedy minis-bus. The investigation of the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) revealed it today. The heinous crime took place in Banke district last year and after a long investigation it was revealed that the gang murdered an innocent person.
Investigation took an interesting twist when a poor girl Sapna Malla received Rs 25 million Reliance Life Insurance Company and deposited it in Sanima Bikas Bank account in her name. Nepal Reinsurance Company wrote to the police for investigation as it was not convinced with the transfer of this amount by the insurance company. Police dug deep into the case and finally solved it. The involvement of Sanjeev Aryal of Syangja, Sardar Ahmed Khan of Banke, Top Bahadur Rana Chhetri, Deepak KC and Lalita Sapkota has been proved and they are behind the bar now.
This incident, which was seen as an accident on the cover, has become an example of the culmination of crime. Scenes seen in Hindi cinema have been experienced in real life. It is sad that our society is so prone to brutality.
