Kathmandu, 17 July: The Narcotics Control Bureau has arrested three people with 4 kilograms of heroin. Two foreigners and a Nepali woman has been apprehended with the above- stated amount heroin. According to the Bureau, the recovered heroin was imported from abroad. It was in the process of  taking to India. Based on tip off, the police seized it from Kathmandu. Earlier, 51 kg of heroin worth Rs 1.2 billion was seized by the Bureau itself. People's News Monitoring Service
