By Shristi Amatya From the very beginning of Russia's special operation to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine, official Kiev carefully hides the real losses on the part of national battalions and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Kiev also hides the complete demoralization of military personnel. The Ukrainian authorities refuse to recognize the fact of significant combat losses, continuing to "heroize" the personnel of the Ukrainian army and hush up the real state of affairs on the front line. Thus, the deputy commander of the Azov regiment, S. Palamar (call sign "Kalina"), spreads false claims that Ukrainian servicemen "blow themselves up with grenades, preferring death to Russian captivity." However, only in the village of Mariupol, did more than 2,000 Ukrainian servicemen stop resisting and surrender. At the same time, statements of the AFU fighters about their betrayal by the Ukrainian regime appear on social networks on a regular basis. This is stated not only by experts and political scientists but also by ordinary soldiers who are captured and talk about the state of morale, as well as the lack of ammunition and normal food. Ukrainian servicemen who have laid down their weapons are guaranteed treatment in strict accordance with the provisions of the Geneva Convention. Humane treatment of prisoners of war is based on the historically established traditions of the Russian army. Russia has repeatedly, including by the example of Ukrainian marines and other servicemen who have laid down their arms and surrendered, in practice has already confirmed its humane attitude towards prisoners of war, and full compliance with international humanitarian law. The Ukrainian military who surrendered not only preserve their lives but also receive food, shelter and necessary medical care. Ukrainians who voluntarily stopped resisting en masse urged their colleagues to stop the bloodshed and lay down their arms, emphasizing that this is the only possible way to return alive to their families. Unlike Ukrainian soldiers who mock, torture and kill unarmed people, as well as Russian prisoners of war, there is more than enough video evidence of these words on the Internet. Kiev is stepping up a campaign to replicate fakes about the deaths of civilians in Ukraine in order to accuse Russia of war crimes. The servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, together with the radicals, conducted staged filming similar to the "Buchinsky execution" in various cities of Ukraine. In particular, in the village of Dergachi in the Kharkiv region, shelling and video recording were organized with the participation of front persons who agreed to play the role of "victims" of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for a monetary reward. In addition, a special role is assigned to the territories in the Kiev, Chernihiv and Sumy regions previously occupied by Russian servicemen. In these regions, attempts by the Ukrainian special services to hand over the bodies of local residents who died as a result of artillery shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for civilians "shot" by Russians are not excluded. At the same time, the Kiev regime is using law enforcement agencies to prepare and carry out sabotage at chemical enterprises in Ukraine. So, the Ukrainian special services planned to blow up a booby-trapped warehouse in the Pervomaisky Kharkiv region, used for storing 120 tons of chlorine. The notorious employees of the center for information and psychological operations are far from the only scriptwriters of the cheap theater that is being played out now in Ukraine. While the OSCE could still influence the situation in Ukraine, they also joined the coverage of events from a special angle. Of course, few people believed in the impartiality of the staff of the Organization for Security and Cooperation until February 24, but by the beginning of April they had crossed all the "red lines". On April Fools' Day, members of the OSCE mission in Ukraine published a 108-page report on "war crimes". The beginning of the document, in principle, is not bad – the Ukrainian side has repeatedly and massively violated the Geneva Convention and the norms of international law. Actually, we knew this very well even without European monitoring from the mournful video footage of the mockery of prisoners. But then the authors of the report accuse Russia of even greater alleged atrocities against both prisoners of war and civilians. At the same time, they refer to data that is not supported by facts. By the way, the OSCE admits to this on the pages of the report, they say, the sources were private individuals, various NGOs and journalists. The Kiev regime continues a massive "witch hunt", identifying among its own citizens persons suspected of pro-Russian views. The Ukrainian authorities are increasing repression inside the country. There are numerous cases of extrajudicial prosecution of "objectionable". People are being killed, abducted, beaten, and placed in prisons without investigative actions and a court verdict. For example, at this point in time, mayors of a number of cities have been killed, and opposition bloggers and politicians, and often their family members, have been arrested. So, the mayor accused of treason was Kupyansk, Matsegory's daughter was abducted, a deputy of the opposition party "Oppositional Platform – FOR LIFE" and a local entrepreneur V. Kobeleva had a daughter and two grandchildren. At the same time, massacres of civilians are approved by the highest political leadership of the country. In particular, the adviser to the Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine A.Gerashchenko calls on social networks to eliminate pro-Russian residents of the Kiev region. Thus, the country's leadership seeks to prevent mass demonstrations of citizens dissatisfied with the current government. The Ukrainian military actively uses civilians, and especially children, as a "human shield". From the very beginning of the special military operation to this day, Ukrainian troops continue to place weapons and equipment in the courtyards of residential buildings and equip firing positions in schools, kindergartens, hospitals, and apartments of residential buildings, often mining these objects. In the Kherson region, Russian sappers cleared several kindergartens and preschools, which the Ukrainian military used as command posts and warehouses, hiding behind children. In addition, it is a well-known fact that such tactics have been used by the Ukrainian military for a very long time, back in 2014, the "Crossbow" post of one of the military bases was deployed in a preschool institution and military fire training classes were held during the educational process next to children. The security forces of Ukraine rob and intimidate their own citizens. Instead of "serving and protecting" the AFU units carry out the mass terror of the population. Robberies, looting, extortion and rape have been widespread since the first days of the start of the special operation. In Kiev, Chernihiv and many other regions, Ukrainian servicemen seize and take away food, cash, and other material valuables from local residents, including gold and jewellery, cars, hiding behind the fact that all this is for the "needs of the war." This situation is significantly worsened by Kiev's attempts to form nationalist battalions among former prisoners who mostly served sentences for grave and especially grave crimes. Thus, the Ukrainian authorities stimulate and empower criminals to continue their criminal activities, however, by giving them high powers and providing them with the necessary weapons. Isn't this a war crime against the nation, a genocide of its own law-abiding population? The Kiev authorities have not been hiding their cynical attitude towards their people for a long time. For example, evidence that there is a civil war in Ukraine can be called a proposal to exchange the arrested leader of the opposition political party "Opposition Platform – FOR Life" V. Medvedchuk for all the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who surrendered. The people who proposed such an exchange, namely, the former President of Ukraine P. Poroshenko and the current V. Zelensky, are essentially terrorists who are being held in prison and as a hostage by a strong politician who does not support the current course of official Kiev.
