Kathmandu, 8 July: Lawmaker of the Nepal Workers and Peasants Party Prem Suwal has said that the government must be strict in distributing citizenship. Speaking at the parliament today after the government withdrew the pending Citizenship Bill, Suwal said, "Citizenship is not the same as bus tickets and movie tickets. Let's not sell it like bus and cinema tickets, let's close the border with India  The Nepal Army has also suggested to close the open border with India. This is also an issue raised by the Nepali people. He also said that the sky should be regulated, adding that it would cost Rs 47 billion to close the open border with India."Only the sons and daughters of the descendants should be given the citizenship of the descendants," he said.
