
Kathmandu, 7 July: In light of the growing corona infection, the government of Qatar has made a face mask mandatory in public places for all people over six years, effective from today.
Accordingly, the Nepali embassy in Qatar has asked Nepali citizens to face wear masks in public places. Issuing a statement today, the embassy has urged Nepalis not to go out without wearing masks.
It may be noted that there are more than three hundred thousand Nepalis in Qatar, a major destination for foreign employment.
