Kathmandu, 2 July:  The Machhapuchhre Bank Limited (MBL)has opened a new branch in Simle bazaar, Dhading. The new was inaugurated  amidst a formal function on Friday. The new branch stared service with its inaugural.

It is the 165th branch of the bank that was jointly inaugurated by Bishwa Prakash Aryal, General Secretary of Nepal Petroleum Dealers National Federation, Ram Kumar Acharya, Chairman of Thakre Rural Municipality and Sarju Kumar Thapa, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the bank. Deputy General Manager of the bank Raj Aryal was also present on the occasion. Along with the new branch opened in Dhading district, the bank has four branches in this district alone.

The MBL has been expanding its services to new locations to reach every section and community of the country. Through the new branches, it has been providing 24-hour ATM service along with all other banking facilities including loans and deposits.

Currently,the MBL is providing services to more than 1.3 million customers through 165 branches, eight extension counters, 166 branchless banking services and 205 ATMs in all seven provinces of the country.
