Kathmandu, 1 July: All Napal National Free Students' Union (Revolutionary) has smeared soot on Managing Director  (MD)of Janak Education Materials Center (JEMC) Anil Kumar Jha for failing to deliver textbooks in schools across the country. The student wing has accused MD Jha for creating artificial shortage of text books as well as involvement in irregularities. The students stormed into his room this afternoon and smeared soot on him.
