
Kathmandu, 23 June: A meeting of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) agitation mobilization committee chaired by vice-chairman Buddhiman Tamang has decided to intensify nationwide agitation against the government.
Local farmers are unable to get fertilizer during the rice plantation season. RPP has demanded an immediate supply of fertilizer to the farmers. RPP has decided to organize a sit-in programme in front of the Agriculture Information Center in 77 districts.
Accordingly, the party has decided to put pressure on the government for responding to the letter of the memorandum submitted to the Prime Minister recently.
