Kathmandu, 22 June: The meeting of the Justice Counce held today has decided to investigate the audio record of the dialogue between Kathmandu Court judge Rajkumar Koirala and advocate Rudraprasad Pokhrel for a setting of 80 million rupees to settle the fraud case against Ichhyaraj Tamang. The Council meeting has constituted a three-member probe committee under the convenorship of Council member Ramprasad Shrestha to investigate the audio record of the dialogue between the advocate and the judge.  Judge Koirala is prohibited to look after cases until the finalization of the investigation report.  News 24 had made public an audio report of the dialogue between the advocate and the judge for a deal to release Tamang.  The dialogue is based on releasing Tamang, who is in jail, on bail worth 80 million rupees and paying extra 20 million rupees to the judge as commission.
