Kathmandu, 19 June: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has not attended the International Relations Committee meeting in Parliament called for this morning. Deuba was summoned to the committee meeting seeking his clarification about the American proposal for the State Partnership Programme and Deuba’s upcoming America visit.  The Prime Minister’s Office this morning informed the Committee about Deuba’s absence.  Pabitra Niraula, president of the Committee has remarked that the PM has humiliated the Committee by not attending the Committee meeting for his clarification.  Dr Bhim Rawal, UML leader, addressing the Committee meeting, blamed Deuba that he has performed irresponsibility by discarding the Committee meeting.  People’s News Monitoring Service
