Kathmandu, 1 May: After nomination for applications for more independent candidacies than expected, the previously printed ballot papers have become useless and the Election Commission is going to re-print around six hundred thousand ballot papers for 30 local bodies.  The Commission had already printed 180 million 45 thousand ballot papers for the local bodies in 76 districts except ballot-papers for the metropolis and sub-metropolis corporations and Bhaktapur district.  People’s News Monitoring Service
