
Kathmandu, 25 March: Nepal and China are set to seal ten different agreements on Saturday after the delegation-level negotiations between the visiting Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and his Nepali counterpart Narayan Khadka, according to government sources.
China will announce augment of annual aid to Nepal from Rs 13 billion to Rs 15 billion and competent officials of both the countries will ink the deal including signing of an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the technical aspects of the Kerung-Rasuwagadhi cross-border railway.
Likewise, an agreement relating to opening of the Korala border checkpoint in Mustang, a couple of energy related projects, some other memorandums of understandings on Bharatpur Cancer Hospital and haylage export from Nepal to China, among others, will be signed.
