Kathmandu, 18 November: As the 10th national convention date of the UML is nearing, Bhim Rawal has decided to challenge party chair K.P. Sharma Oli to the post of party chair in the election. Rawal is unhappy with Oli as Oli denied giving the responsibility of the Far western Province in charge of the party by replacing Lekhraj Bhatta, who had joined UML quitting the Maoist Center.  Rawal has also demanded the post of senior vice-chairman, for which, Oli has not given a decision.  Rawal held talks with Oli on Tuesday at Oli's residence in Balkot. during the meeting, Rawal had asked Oli to honestly implement the 10-point agreement. Oli didn't respond to Rawal positively.  Dissatisfied Rawal has planned to challenge Oli. Oli is trying to elect all the office bearers through a consensus. People's News Monitoring Service
