Kathmandu, 16 November: Former Judges Forum, Nepal has demanded to impeach Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana. Forum Chairperson Top Bahadur Singh issued a statement on Monday demanding the impeachment of Chief Justice Rana ‘to protect the judiciary.’ The statement mentioned that there is sufficient basis to file an impeachment motion against the Chief Justice alleging him of being involved in ‘seeking a share in Cabinet’ and violating the code of conduct.
