Kathmandu, 12 November: The government has decided to upgrade the Mugling-Nagdhunga Highway in three phases. Ramhari Pokhrel, chief of the Mugling-Nagdhunga Highway Upgrading Project has informed that the construction companies will be selected by January 2022.  The Nagdhunga-Naubise 12 km Highway is being expanded under the first phase programme. Accordingly, under the second phase, 43 km Naubise-Malekhu Highway is being expanded and under the third phase, the Malekhu-Mugling 40 km portion of the Highway is going to be expanded. The project has already completed a detailed project report and environmental impact analysis of the 95 km long Highway, reports Gorkhapatra daily. People’s News Monitoring Service
