The Bhutanese National Assembly, or Tshogdu, is being deliberately bypassed and sidelined by the Thimpu regime, says the Bhutan National Democratic Party (BNDP). In a recent press statement signed by President R.B. Basnet, it is also disclosed that the Tshogdu is being convened from today (August10) for its 73rd session after a gap of more two year.
