Kathmandu, 1 November:  On Sunday, Nepal recorded a total of 408 new cases of Covid-19 and 8 fatalities taking the country’s coronavirus caseload to 812,570 according to the Ministry of Health and Population. Moreover, the countrywide Covid-19 mortality toll has jumped to 11,407 while the total coronavirus recoveries has dropped to 791,787 with 518 discharges. The country's active Covid-19 case count currently is 9,376. The Kathmandu Valley recorded as many as 56 infections while Lalitpur and Bhaktapur recorded 22 and 34 respectively.
