According to the Committee, in Delhi, India, 9.55 am is the auspicious time; in New York, 9.21 am on 15 October is the auspicious time; in Kentucky, 8.45 am on 15 October; in Texas, 8.15 am on 15 October; in California, 7.15 am on 15 October are the auspicious time.  In Toronto, Canada, 8.35 am; in Tokyo, Japa, 11.05 am on 15 October are the auspicious time.
