Kathmandu, 7 October: The meeting of the senior leaders from the alliance partners in the coalition government held this afternoon at PM’s residence in Baluatar concluded without conclusion. As the leaders are bargaining for lucrative ministries and different political parties are unable to submit the list of the ministers representing their parties, the cabinet expansion process has become uncertain.  Earlier, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba had planned to expand his cabinet today coinciding the Ghatasthapana Day, the first day of the Dasain festival.  Still, the leaders are bargaining for attractive ministries. Madhav Nepal of the Unified Socialist Party is unhappy with the ministries allotted for his party. Upendra Yadav is also not satisfied with the present allotment of the ministerial portfolios.  The Nepali Congress, Unified Socialist and Janata Samajwadi parties have not submitted the names of the ministers, whereas, Maoist Center has already submitted the list. The alliance partners have agreed to offer the deputy speaker's post to the Yadav led party.  People’s News Monitoring Service
