Kathmandu, 3 October: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, even after 82 days of the formation of the new government under his leadership, is still unable to give the final shape to his cabinet due to non-cooperation from the alliance partners.

Of late, when PM Deuba took stance on not assigning any DPM in his cabinet, Upendra Yadav, who is demanding for Urban and Physical Planning Ministry along with the DPM’s status, has become dissatisfied with Deuba. Due to Yadav’s demand, Deuba is facing a problem.

Accordingly, since Madhav Nepal felt sick and he is unable to attend the meeting of the alliance members, Deuba has not been able to make a decision. So far, on behalf of his party, Unified Socialist, Nepal has already submitted the list of those to be included in the cabinet.

Yadav, chair, Janata Samajbadi Party is dissatisfied with PM Deuba as earlier he was claiming for the foreign ministry portfolio, but Deuba, without consultation with Yadav, had assigned Narayan Khadka as the Foreign Minister.
