Kathmandu, 30 September: Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Narayan Khadka has asserted that the country's foreign policy should be centered on promoting the national interest. Talking to the media upon his arrival after attending the 76th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York, he said the foreign policy must be formulated through national consensus keeping  national interest in centre. Regarding his meeting with his Indian counterpart S Jaishanker, he said India was lifting the ban on export of vaccines effective from tomorrow and would give priority to the neighbouring countries in the export of vaccines.
