Kathmandu, 27 September: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has called a Cabinet meeting this evening to scrap the Political Parties Amendment ordinance. Deuba  decided to scrap the ordinance issued by his own Cabinet to pave the way for giving full shape to his Cabinet. After consultation with the legal experts, Deuba has reached the conclusion to scrap the ordinance. On Sunday, at the meeting of  coalition partners, it was discussed the pros and cons of the annulment of the ordinance. Now, as the goal of the ordinance has been fulfilled, therefore, to give the final shape to the government, the partners in the government  decided to scrap the ordinance.
