Kathmandu, 27 September: Alleging China of encroaching Nepal's border, anti-China protest was launched in the Federal Capital city on Monday under the banner of National Unity Campaign. The protest staged at the behest of Binay Yadav, the Coordinator of Campaign chanted anti-China slogans and attempted to burn a picture of President Xi Jinping. The protesters chanted,'Stop Chinese interference, Stop encroaching border, Lift unannounced blockade', according to Jana Aasth news. Police have apprehended those trying to burn Xi's picture. The demonstration is deemed meaningful as it has been launched the very next  day the government  study team presented its on-site study report to the Minister for Home Affairs Bal Krishna Khand.
