Kathmandu, 10 September: The National Security Council Meeting has taken place at Baluatar, the official residence of the Prime Minister. The meeting chaired by PM Sher Bahadur Deuba is attended by Home Minister Balkrishna Khand, chief secretary Shankar Bairagi, CoAS Prabhuram Sharma, among others, reports Annapurna Post daily.
