Kathmandu, 7 September: Nepal has sent two separate diplomatic notes to India through the Indian embassy in Kathmandu regarding inhumane action of Seema Surakhsya Bal (SSB) and unauthorized chopper flights at Nepal’s airspace in Darchula.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent the diplomatic note to India after the probe team in its report categorically stated that the incident occurred in presence of SSB, and repeated flights over the security centres of Nepal in Darchula district after the incidence of Jay Singh Dhami on July 30. The first note on Dhami’s case was sent on Friday and another note on Sunday over the illegal hovering of India’s chopper in Nepali sky. A SSB personnel reportedly dismantled a metal cable that Dhami was using to cross the Mahakali River. Dhami fell into the river and his whereabouts is still unknown.
