
Kathmandu, 31 August: The CPN (UML) has entrusted responsibility to its leaders to facilitate for the implementation of 10-point agreement. Issuing an intraparty directive Chairman Khadga Oli has given responsibility to its leaders in all seven provinces.
Oli has also assigned his confidents to monitor the 10-point agreement implementation in party’s sister wings. Oli, through the directives has urged all leaders and cadres to keep the party intact and united. The UML had formed a task force to reconcile dispute between Oli and Madhav Kumar Nepal and to forge consensus to unite the party. The dissident leaders including Bhim Rawal, and others had agreed the and 10-point proposal on July 11.
