Kathmandu, 16 August: Nepal reported 35 Covid-19 deaths today. With the latest addition, the total death toll has now reached 10,327. The country also reported 3,451 new cases in the past 24 hours taking the total number of cases to 734,838. The new cases were confirmed from 10,093 RT-PCR and 5,518 antigen tests. Meanwhile, 2,458 recovered in the last 24 hours taking total recoveries to 685,140. The recovery rate stands at 93.2 percent. Nepal currently has 39,371 active cases, according to the Ministry of Health and Population said on Monday. The number of fully vaccinated people  has reached 3,490,065 while 4,716,936 have received the first dose of the vaccine against coronavirus infection. People’s News Monitoring Service
