Kathmandu, 15 August: The Nepali Congress has rescheduled its General Convention from November 25 to 29 this year. The Central Working Committee meeting of the party on Saturday fixed the new dates. The meeting has decided to finalize the name list of party’s active membership on August 18 and submit it to the party President on August 19 and to make it public on August 20. The meeting has also decided to hold village/town ward assembly on September 3, village town assembly on September 12, Province Assembly convention on September 17 and House of Representatives (HoR) assembly and district assembly having single constituency on September 21.
