Kathmandu, 12 August: Nepal recorded a total of 3,260 new cases of Covid-19 and 32 fatalities in the last 24 hours taking the country’s coronavirus caseload reached 723,296, according to the Ministry of Health and Population. Moreover, the countrywide Covid-19 mortality toll has jumped to 10,212 while the total coronavirus recoveries has dropped to 677,377 with 2,294 discharges today. The country's active Covid-19 case count currently is 38,180. The Kathmandu Valley recorded as many as 811 infections today while Lalitpur and Bhaktapur recorded 192 and 30 respectively.
