Kathmandu,5 March: With the signing a three-point agreement between the government and rebellion Biplav Group,the government has begun releasing the Netra Bikram Chand aka Biplav-led Group's leaders and cadres with the withdrawal of a ban against the group activities. Dharmendra Bastola who was arrested from Kathmandu a week ago has been  released from Kavrepalanchwok today. For those  whose case has been filed in  the court, their release my be prolonged, according to Nepal Police Headquarters. There are 144 group leaders/cadres  in police custody and will be freed after going through certain procedures. People's News Monitoring Service
