Chand to meet PM Oli first
Kathmandu, 5 March: Netrabikram Chand Biplav, general secretary of the Nepal Communist Party, who was appeared in public after ending his underground life in Nawalparashi Thursday night, is arriving in Kathmandu today.
He will directly go to Baluatar and meet Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli before attending the assembly at the City Hall, Exhibition Road, scheduled for 2 pm today. At the assembly, PM Oli and Chand are going to ink a three-point understanding announcing Chand led NCP joining the mainstream politics by giving up its violent activities.
Meanwhile, Dharmendra Banstola, a senior leader in the Chand led party has been released from Kavre today.
