Kathmandu, 23 November: Amid escalating tensions between Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Chairmen duo Khadga Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Oli has sought help from the main opposition party Nepali Congress to remain in power.
Oli, having held parleys with the President of Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba, is reported to have sought Deuba’s support to stay in power, signaling he is ready to split the NCP rather than give in to demands for his resignation, according to media reports.
