Kathmandu, 10 November: Nepal continues to witness resurgence of Covid-19 cases every other day. On Tuesday. the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) has confirmed 2,736 fresh cases of corona virus infection across the country . With the new addition, the number of infected persons has reached 199,760.
Among the new cases detected today 1,420 have been reported from within the Kathmandu Valley.
Today 853 corona virus patients were discharged from various health institutions across the country following recovery. With this, the total number of recoveries stands at 160,577. As of today, there are 38,035 active cases of infection across the country.
A total of 22 people died of the deadly virus in the past 24 hours. With this the death toll has reached 1,148 according to MoHP.
